It’s August… wtf

Today’s newsletter is packed with foodie news, everything I’m loving right now (fave craves) and my personal NYC hit list for the summer since I’m actually planning on being in the city for the majority of August — shocking I know.

Foodie News!

1. Din Tai Fung has officially made its NYC debut - somehow with 181 locations worldwide this is their first spot on the east coast!?

2. By now word has spread, The Four Horsemen is opening a new restaurant in Williamsburg

3. The exclusive, illusive Frog Club is looking a lot less posh these days and is apparently on the verge of closing after just 5 months… yikes!

4. Fresh out of Venice, Sullaluna (italian bistro & bookshop) just opened in the West Village

   • I’m thinking about doing a series of places to escape to in NYC that make you feel like you’re living the Euro Summer dream…. are we interested?

5. Same Pasquale, New Window! Pasquale Jones is now serving pizza by the slice & other fun treats Wed - Sun 12-5pm

6. Desert 5 Spot has officially landed in Brooklyn & is complete with a mechanical bull & all

1. Fuze House - new nyc location just opened last week & all the girlies are loving it

4. Gap x Madhappy collab - love all the Gap collabs & cant wait for this one to drop today!

5. Our Place Air Fryer - my new baby. loving how easy it is to use this instead of my oven when it’s a million degrees out

My personal NYC Hit List

1. A & N Fruit Store on the corner of canal & essex fresh fruit smoothies & juices - best way to beat the heat this summer and I’m dying to try

2. drinks at either Fradei, Sauced, Parcelle Wine bar or Bar Pisellino…

3. Union Square Green Market is elite on saturdays! need to stop by and peruse the peak tomatoes

4. Still need to make my way to Happier Grocery & now I can finally try Rocky’s Matcha when I do… eventually

5. Pizza from Lucia Alimentari looks, well, insane

6. Jane Cookshop in East Village. Realistically I don’t need to buy a single thing here out of necessity so naturally I want everything.
